After many years of daydreaming, writing, and editing, my True North series is finally coming to an end. And I can’t wait to share the last installment with you. Across the Lake (True North Book 4) is a story I never intended to write. But in the process of telling Ed and Emily’s story, I realized how much I wanted the series to come full circle.

Across the Lake (True North Book 4) follows Ryan as he navigates co-parenting Eddie and building a life for himself in snug Bayfield, Wisconsin. He’s starting to figure out his future when Lauren Clark stumbles into his path. She’s filling in for Francois temporarily and has no intention of staying in the woods longer than a few months. Taking charge of destiny never comes easily…

Here it is! The cover for the final installment in my True North series, Across the Lake. Thank you all for your help, encouragement, and support during the busy past few months. I can’t believe I’m wrapping up this project after a little over a  year. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my stories with you and for the chance to learn and develop my craft. My hope is that every book gets better and stronger.

Across the Lake (True North Book 4) follows Ryan Isaacs. After being left by his pregnant girlfriend, Ryan has struggled to find his footing. Eighteen months after Eddie’s birth, Ryan has purchased a three flat in Bayfield and is working on co-parenting with Ed and Emily. He’s building a life for himself surely but slowly. And he definitely doesn’t have time to go looking for love.

Enter Lauren Clark. Beautiful, sophisticated, and ambitious, Bayfield is the unlikely next step forward. She’s desperate to get out of wedding planning after her own chance at a happily ever after ran off with the caterer as she walked down the aisle. She absolutely, will not, being staying in a small town in the North Woods for long.
