#SYTYCW15 Entries I’m loving (Part 1)

Another year of #SYTYCW and another accomplished group of entries. Harlequin’s contest always brings out talented authors and this year is no different. In between editing and writing, I’ve been reading a lot. Below are links to some of my favorites so far (contest deadline is coming up)IMG_2031.

Out of Focus  by Fallon DeMornay for Superromance

Protecting the Cowboy’s Baby by Elle Marlow for Special Edition

The Senator’s Son by Anna Albo for Carina Press

The Spy Who Saved Me by Fiona Marsden for Carina Press

If you love romance, check out the contest on Wattpad. This year an entire manuscript has to be uploaded by every contestant. So there’s plenty to read.

AND–If you get a chance, please check out my entry Tidal Patterns. It’s a sweet romance that I hope you’ll love. I had a ton of fun writing (and editing) this one. Thanks as always for your support!

One more weekend

This summer has absolutely flown by! Between publishing Anchored in the Bay, putting Tiny Island Summer up on Kindle Scout (coming September 15th!), and working on drafting and editing Tidal Patterns I’ve packed the most into every long day that I could.

We’ve done it all and more in the last three months: roasting s’mores, glamping, swim lessons, day camp, fireworks, bubbles, running through the sprinkler, bike riding, playground days, beach trips, visits to the zoo. Sharing my favorite things to do in my favorite season with my favorite people is the best.

There is one last weekend of summer! I hope you are at the pool, at the beach, at the lake, or at least lounging on your deck. Don’t forget to pick up a good book. Anchored in the Bay is on sale now until Tuesday for $.99! Check it out if you haven’t yet, and as always, it’s free for Kindle Unlimited subscribers.

Introducing…KP Authors

I’ve spoken before about my favorite part of writing romance novels…the community. I’ve been raised up and supported by a lot of very talented authors and I hope to do the same for others. I’m thrilled to be a part of another organization as well, KP Authors.

Comprised of Kindle Scout winners, our group is 74 strong (and growing!). Talented novelists in the genres of mystery, thriller, & suspense, science fiction & fantasy,  literature & fiction, and of course romance, we offer something for everyone. If a title you nominated on Kindle Scout was selected, then you get to read the novel for free before it’s release date.

Come check it out and find your next favorite book. (You have time before Tiny Island Summer is released on September 15th)
