As you may or may not know, reviews are the bread and butter for authors. Authors in every genre and in every level (from novice self-pub to NYT bestseller) depend on reviews from readers. This is especially true for those of us who are relatively new and are hoping to build a following.

If you read a book, mine or someone else’s, and you liked it–please review it. Not every review has to be a stellar five-star. But every author appreciates an honest, thoughtful reply posted on Amazon and Goodreads.
